I am based in Walsall and also usually cover Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Cannock and Sandwell. If you are unsure if I cover your area please contact me before booking. For further afield I may charge extra to cover fuel expenses and time. 

Once you have requested to book using the online booking feature, I will send a payment link to the number provided at the time of booking. 

The booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. 

Obviously life happens - bookings cancelled over 48 hours before treatment are entitled to either have the booking rescheduled  at a convenient time for both parties OR  receive 100% refund. 

For bookings cancelled between 24 - 48 hours there is a 50% refund. For bookings cancelled within 24 hours there is no refund as it may well be too late to refill that appointment. 

A clear space of approx 2m x 2m is required for the set up of the bed, plus room to move around it to carry out the treatment.  I bring all the linens, music and a heated blanket for the bed so access to a plug socket is required if you would like to utilise this. 

Yes, due to the weight of my massage table, and linens etc, parking at the property is essential. 

Due to insurance purposes I cannot offer treatments to anyone under 13 weeks pregnant. From the second trimester to the end of your pregnancy I can offer treatments as long as the pregnancy is low risk. If your pregnancy is considered high risk I will require written approval from your GP or midwife. 

For the majority of people, I would advise to wait until the surgery / injury has healed and may request confirmation from Gp that it is safe to proceed with any treatment to ensure your wellbeing and safety. 

No. Your treatment time quoted is the full hands on time. You should expect me to arrive approx 10 - 15 minutes before the allotted time to allow me to set up and take a through consultation.  It will take me approx 10 minutes following treatment to pack down and leave. 

You will be asked to undress to your level of comfort for the treatment. I will leave the room whilst you are undressing, and you will be covered throughout the treatment - I will undrape the area I am working on only.
